Forest Meadows Amphitheatre,
Dominican University of California, San Rafael

From Golden Gate Bridge or Richmond-San Rafael Bridge, take 101 heading North to the Central San Rafael Exit. Follow signs to Dominican College. Go straight for four blocks to Mission. Turn right onto Mission. Go one block; turn left onto Grand Avenue. Follow signs to Forest Meadows Amphitheatre on the left hand side of Grand Avenue.
From 101 heading South, take the Central San Rafael Exit. Turn left onto Mission. Go two blocks and turn left onto Grand Avenue. Follow signs to Forest Meadows Amphitheatre on the left hand side of Grand Avenue.

By bus, disembark at the main San Rafael bus terminal. Walk past Third Street to Fourth Street. Turn right onto Fourth Street. Walk about three blocks to Grand Avenue. Walk about four blocks along Grand Avenue. Follow signs to Forest Meadows Amphitheatre on the left hand side of Grand Avenue.

After parking in the main Dominican parking lot at Acacia and Grand Avenues, walk behind the Conlan Recreation Center, over a small bridge, past the soccer field and tennis courts, and proceed to the Tickets booth at the entrance to the Amphitheatre. There is no charge for parking.

For Handicapped Patrons or those requiring Extra Assistance

Parking in the parking lot requires walking approximately 1/8 mile; handicapped patrons or anyone for whom the walk is a hardship may use our "Shakespeare Shuttle" which runs for the hour prior to each performance, and immediately following each performance. Meet the Shuttle at the Handicapped Parking area in front of the Conlan Recreation Center in the main Dominican parking lot at Acacia and Grand Avenues. If you are attending a Shakespeare Dinner on a Saturday night and require Shuttle service, please let us know when ordering your tickets. Wheelchair seating as well as a handicapped accessible restroom are available. Please call the Box Office at (415) 499-4488 if you require any additional extra assistance, which we will be happy to provide.

Please note: the University is surrounded by residential neighbors and requests visitors to be considerate.
