Forest Meadows Amphitheater: outdoor venue

Location: Dominican University Campus, 890 Belle Ave, San Rafael, CA

The Forest Meadows Amphitheatre belongs to Dominican University of California. Marin Shakespeare Company rents the Amphitheatre May through October. During that time, MSC may sub-lease the Amphitheatre for certain events. If you are interested in using the Amphitheatre outside of this time period, please contact Dominican University’s Events Management Office directly. If you are interested in a potential sublease, please review the Rental Guide, and then use the Rental Request Form to contact us.

Forest Meadows Amphitheatre:
– Proscenium stage
– Audience seating capacity 600
– Theatrical lighting rigging and equipment
– Sound system & PA system
– Concessions available for events (MSC staffs, manages, and retains all proceeds)

Backstage amenities:
– Two dressing room trailers with air conditioning
– Water cooler, refrigerator, microwave
– Outdoor greenroom area with tables and chairs
