Jackson Currier
Jackson (he/him) has acted, designed, taught, and served as Master Carpenter and Tech Director for Marin Shakespeare Company. He also provides technical leadership at Mt. Tam School. As an actor, Jackson trained at Shakespeare & Company and was nominated for a Bay Area Theatre Critics Circle Award for Mercutio in “Romeo and Juliet.” Jackson is the proud father of Lenox and Kili.

Gillian Eichenberger
Gillian (she/they) is a beloved Bay Area voice teacher, music director, and performer! Since 2016, she’s taught and directed with School of Rock, Stanford University, Katia & Co., Redwood High, Throckmorton Theater and more. Also known as “Miss Swift,” Gillian co-founded the hit Taylor Swift tribute band Swifty and performs across the Bay Area.

Calla Hollingsworth
Calla (she/they) is an actor and theatre artist from the Bay Area, currently working toward a BA in theatre at UC San Diego. Recent acting credits: Hero/Oatcake and u/s Beatrice in Much Ado About Nothing (UC San Diego), Dusty in POTUS (Wagner LAB), Alice in Alice and Bob (Company 157). They have also trained with Dueling Arts International in stage combat and choreographed fights for UCSD student theatre organizations Company 157(Without Country, Road to Tulsa, Public Rituals for Broken Hearts) and Muir Musical (Spring Awakening). As a proud Teen Touring Company alum (shoutout to Hamlet 2023!), Calla is very excited to be back at Marin Shakespeare Company.

Max Kelly
Max (he/him) is an actor and teaching artist based in Silicon Valley, currently pursuing a B.A. in Theater and Performance Studies at Stanford University. Recent work at Stanford includes Romeo and Juliet (Benvolio), Cabaret (Ensemble), and Grease (Vocal Director). Alongside performing, Max is passionate about directing, music, theatrical design, and theater history. For the past five summers, he has taught camps at Peninsula Youth Theatre in Mountain View, California. He loves seeing young people discover theater for the first time, and can’t wait to work with MSC this summer!

Elana Kepner
Currently Marin Shakespeare’s Education Director, Elana (she/her) has directed and taught voice, Shakespeare, and acting across the U.S., from BFA programs to youth ensembles. She co-founded Whirligig Stage in NC with her husband and theatre-making partner Jason Coale, where directing highlights include Whirligig Youth Academy’s James and the Giant Peach, and Newsies. Elana is a Certified Assistant Teacher of Fitzmaurice Voicework. Elana enjoys exploring the trails and tastes of the Bay Area with Jason and their son, Kelso.

Charlie Lavaroni
Charlie (she/they/he) is an accomplished arts education leader currently pursing their MFA in Acting at the Asolo Conservatory. As a part of the Education Leadership team at the San Francisco Shakespeare Festival, Charlie created new visions for standards/practices and shaped ethos of Shakespeare education & engagement from camp programs to touring productions. They remain invested in using Shakespeare as a tool for young people- to nurture empathy, develop imaginations, and create community; serving the Bay Area to the Nor East as a Director of youth productions at cultural institutions such as ArtsBridge, Shakespeare & Co., and the Marsh Theatre. | www.charlielavaroni.com |

Nicolas Poler
Nicolas (he/him) is a theater artist and educator based in the Bay Area. A lover of theater and performance ever since before he could talk, Nico has performed, led a teen run theater company in Mountain View, and graduated with a BFA in drama from UNCSA. The theater is Nico’s happy place, and he loves working alongside people of all ages to share the joy of art and to tell stories.

Joel Ochoa
Joel is so excited to be back teaching at Marin Shakes after previously co-directing the youth productions of The Tempest and Macbeth in the summer of 2023! Since then, Joel has gotten to work on stage and screen with many companies in the Bay Area including: Berkeley Repertory Theatre, SF Playhouse, Presidio Theatre, SF Shakespeare Festival, Superhuman, Checkr, About Face, Pegasus Solar, Exo Inc., and The SF Fire Department. He just finished up runs as Billy in The Goat at Shotgun Players and as part of the Ensemble in Jagged Little Pill at Center Rep. He is in the upcoming feature Under the Lights and was in the short films Take Me There and The Healer, which have premiered at film festivals worldwide. He holds a BA Theatre from Millikin University and an MFA Acting from Academy of Art University. When he’s not working, you can usually find him drinking an iced vanilla latte, hammocking with a good book, or hiking with his backpack that he’s had since high school (despite definitely needing a new one)! Aisha Rivera
Aisha (they/them) is an actor, visual artist, playwright and poet from Napa, CA. Favorite acting credits include Yerma (Shotgun Players), Dead Man’s Cellphone (Upstage Napa Valley), and Cymbeline (Berkeley Shakespeare Company). Aisha is also the current Poet Laureate for Napa County. Their poetry can be found in the poetry anthologies “Poetics without Borders” and “Latinas, Gender, Race, and Class…”. Aisha is excited to empower youth through Shakespeare!

Abigail Wissink
Abigail (they/them) is a performer and educator. They work during the school year as an Environmental Science Educator with NatureBridge in the Marin Headlands, and worked as a Shakespeare Teaching Artist with Shakespeare Walla Walla for five years. They love singing, swing dancing, and hanging out with kids outside.
