Payment is required at the time of purchase. The management reserves the right to revoke the license granted by a ticket, by refunding the purchase price. User of the ticket assumes all risks of personal injuries and property damage or loss.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Checks and Cash.

Tickets can be emailed to you (print-at-home) or held at Will Call to be picked up the day of the performance.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to use purchased tickets, we are happy to exchange your tickets for a different performance of the same play at the same price, depending on availability. We do not issue refunds for unused tickets.

Final Sale: no refunds or exchanges.

Returned tickets may qualify as a tax-deductible donation if received prior to the performance.

To determine suitability of play content for your children, call the Box Office or check play descriptions on our website.

Youths age 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Children age 3 and under are admitted for free to Forest Meadows productions, but do require a ticket. Complimentary tickets for very young children will be issued at the Forest Meadows Box Office only, no more than one hour prior to the performance. Children are the responsibility of their parents or guardians. Children behaving in any way that may be disruptive to the enjoyment of other patrons will be asked to leave the seating area of the theatre for the duration of the performance.

Children age 5 and under are discouraged from attending indoor performances and patrons of any age will be asked to leave the seating area if they are disrupting the performance or event.

Seating is General Admission unless stated otherwise.

Performances are not canceled before the scheduled curtain time. Should a performance be canceled before intermission because of inclement weather, your tickets stub may be exchanged at the Box Office for a rain check to another performance of the same play. You must be present to receive a rain check. Rain checks are not refundable for cash or credit.

During performances, please do not use cameras and recording equipment or electronic transmitting devices of any kind, as they are not allowed under our agreement with the professional actors’ union, Actors’ Equity Association. Any such equipment used during a performance may be confiscated for the duration of the performance. Marin Shakespeare Company reserves the right to permanently confiscate, destroy, or cause to be destroyed any data or film from any such devices that are used at Forest Meadows in disregard of this rule.

Please turn off pagers, cell phones and watch alarms during performances.

Both of our theatres are non-smoking facilities.

All service animals are, of course, welcome at all times. Other pets are welcome in the Forest Meadows Amphitheatre area with the following restrictions: if any audience member complains about the pet for any reason, it will have to be removed immediately; if the pet makes any noise before or during the performance, it will have to be removed immediately. If you are attending with pets, please sit in seats that will allow you to exit the theatre if necessary. Pets other than service animals are not allowed at 514 Fourth Street.
